We were happy to be able to spend many days with friends and family on the Cape. It was cold, but not unbearably so, and it even snowed on Christmas! We made many visits to local beaches where the harbor seals entertained us, then returned to Grandpa's house where we entertained the foxes in the backyard!
But my favorite part by far was watching Liam bond with the special people in his life- his grandparents. Even though he doesn't get to see them every day, he has clearly established a loving, yet unique relationship with each one of them. It was so heartwarming to see his face light up and hear his squeals when he saw his Grandpa, and to watch him snuggle cheek to cheek with Grammie. Even if I had caught that on camera it wouldn't begin to convey the love. Ahhhh....
