What will the word of the day be? With each passing day I can recognize another word in Liam's vocabulary. It's truly amazing, almost as amazing as the many moments each day when I realize he has understood something new in my conversation with him. Sometimes I put my hands on his hand because I am sure the heat from all that brain activity will take away winter's chill. I am proud to share this list of words that he says well enough that most other people would recognize (vs. me with my "mommy" ears)

| Liam's first "crayon art" And speaking of accomplishments.... we've discovered crayons! After day 1 and the production of the masterpiece on the wall that you see above, I bought washable crayons. Of course, with these he only prefers to take them out of the box and put them back. Still, I'm thrilled that he can do this, and more so that he knows to put them "point up". Wow.    We made it through another round of vaccinations yesterday with flying colors, and his stats came in at a little over 24# and 30".
