Coggeshall Farm Museum's Harvest Fair

Bristol, RI, is so cool! I've said it before and I'll say it again. They have everything, including an authentic 18th century farm, Coggeshall Farm Museum, on which volunteers still perform the daily chores from centuries ago. It's been a few years since we attended the annual Harvest Fair, and I thought that Liam would enjoy it. If not, at least I would! Although we didn't get to sample the johnny cakes, or participate in the seed spitting contest or the Muck Boot Fashion Show, we did some great people watching, listened to beautiful music and best of all saw horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens and turkeys! This video gives you a little taste:

and some photos:

these turkeys aren't shy (they must know I'm a vegetarian!)

Wanna go for a ride, little boy?
It was quite an exhausting day... those cheeks!
